Tuscan Turkey Soup – Use up that Leftover Turkey
Do you still have a lingering bit of leftover turkey in the fridge? Is there not quite enough to make turkey & noodles? Are folks tired of turkey sandwiches?
This soup is a solution that will be a sure fire hit. You may have to stock up on shredded turkey for future pots of soup!
Tuscan Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded Turkey
½ cup diced Celery
1 piece Bacon, crumbled
1 can (15 oz) Navy Beans
1 can (15 oz) diced Tomatoes w/ Garlic & Basil
4 cups Chicken Broth
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.
