Hamburger Vegetable Soup
Looking for a warm soup to fix on a weeknight? This hamburger vegetable soup takes only about 30 minutes to prepare and will fill you up!

Made with easy to find ingredients and only three steps, this dish is ready to serve in short order.
Variations:
Dice an onion and cook it with the hamburger when you’re browning it. Add a chopped carrot & celery stalk when you add the mixed vegetables.
You could replace the ground beef with any ground meat: pork, sausage, venison, turkey.

Make It a Meal:

Hamburger Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Hamburger, canned tomatoes, beef broth, noodles, frozen mixed vegetables
Recipe Directions:
Brown hamburger. Combine all ingredients except noodles. Simmer. Prepare noodles and add to soup. Serve.

Hamburger Vegetable Soup
A hearty meal that’s super easy to make. You probably have the ingredients on hand.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Hamburger
- 15 ounce Canned Tomato
- 2 cup Beef Broth
- 10 ounce Mixed Vegetables
- 6 ounce Noodles
Instructions

Brown the hamburger in skillet on stove top.

Place drained hamburger in sauce pan and add tomatoes, beef broth and mixed vegetables.

Simmer over medium heat until frozen vegetables are cooked.

Meanwhile, boil water and prepare noodles according to package directions.

Drain noodles and add to soup pan.
Recipe Notes
Use small pasta shapes or break thin spaghetti into half inch pieces.
