Cast Iron Skillet Pizza Dip
There’s nothing better than pizza or cheese dip, than a combination of the two. This recipe for pizza cheese dip takes the blue ribbon when it comes to being easy to make and full of flavor!
This recipe will only dirty one bowl and one skillet, a knife and a spoon. Talk about easy clean up! You will probably end up with an empty skillet at the end of the meal, also.
This recipe is so popular, leftovers rarely happen. My family is scraping the skillet clean whenever I serve this pizza dip with crackers.
Variations:
If you want to add some of your favorite pizza toppings, go for it! Some black or green olives are a great addition.
Serve this dip with crackers, cut vegetables, or even slices of French bread.
Make It a Meal:
While this pizza dip is an appetizer, you can make a whole meal of it, if you are a rebel. You can serve it as part of an appetizer supper by adding a couple of these other popular appetizers to the table: Queso Dip, Pineapple Salsa, or Red Pepper Shrimp Dip

How to Store Cast Iron Pizza Dip:
Refrigerator: cover the skillet and store in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Or you can remove the leftover dip (if you have any!) into a plastic airtight container to store in the fridge.
Freezer: You could freeze in the cast iron skillet, but it might be better to transfer the dip into a plastic storage container and freeze. Thaw and warm before serving. You can freeze up to 2 months.
