Cheesy Beef Bake (Wonderful for Potluck) ~ 1978 Our Daily Bread
Found this recipe in a community cookbook from 1978. The cookbook was a fund raiser for The City Mission / New Life Center in Erie, PA. Now, you know the type of recipes that go into community cookbooks, right? The ones that people are proud of, that they always take to potlucks, that the family begs for over and over.
These recipes are the ones cooks brag about! That’s why I love community cookbooks. Nothing fancy or exotic, just good home cooking!
