Beth’s White Chicken Chili ~ Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can white chili beans, undrained
- 1 can cannelloni beans, undrained
- 1 can (32 oz) chicken broth
- McCormick White Chili
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3 dashes red pepper
Directions
Heat oil and cubed chicken in pan until chicken is no longer pink.
Add McCormick seasoning, onion, garlic, oregano and red pepper. Stir.
Add beans, chicken broth and cheese.
Heat thoroughly in crock-pot for 2 hours.
Serve with sour cream & avocados.
